Which browsers does CloudThrottle support?

  • Best results are achieved with the latest Google Chrome browser version, while other browsers may lack feature support and display issues.

Unable to log in CloudThrottle?

  • If you are having trouble logging in, first make sure you are using the correct user-id and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the log in page and follow the prompts to reset it.

Are there any accreditations or certifications associated with CloudThrottle?

CloudThrottle provides both SaaS and Self-Hosted product.

  • Currently CloudThrottle SaaS product doesn't have FedRAMP compliance yet.
  • The CloudThrottle Self-Hosted product is designed to be hosted within a customer's AWS environment. While we do not possess a formal accreditation status like FedRAMP certification, CloudThrottle is typically included in the customer's General Support Services (GSS) System Security Plan(SSP) and accredited according to the security standards of their cloud infrastructure. Furthermore, CloudThrottle assists customers in meeting specific technical security controls, thus facilitating the process of obtaining Authority to Operate (ATO) in the cloud.

Do CloudThrottle's OUs differ from AWS Organizations' OUs in any way?

  • CloudThrottle OUs are AWS Organizations' OUs, which are ingested into CloudThrottle from AWS Organizations' OUs
  • Frequently retrieves from AWS Organizations' OUs to stay update

Is log4j utilized by CloudThrottle as part of its application framework?

  • CloudThrottle does not utilize log4j within its application, so no action is required.
